Nick Sharma is the founder of Factor. Nick has extensive experience advising property owners and business operators across residential, commercial, and asset-backed funding. His work focuses on Capital strategy advisory, capital structure, risk management, and navigating lender behaviour through changing credit cycles. He holds an MBA with First Class Honours, completed jointly through Chicago Booth and Melbourne Business School, and brings a disciplined, analytical approach to Capital strategy advisory and capital decision-making. Nick works closely with clients where clarity, judgment, and execution matter — particularly in complex or high-stakes funding scenarios.
